These taste amazing - especially the pineapple flavour. It's hard not to eat more than the proper dosage because they are so delicious. I have found these to be such a good alternative to medication like Lorazepam, which knocks me right out. Really helps anxiety/panic, but lets you stay awake and functioning. In fact, after the initial ahhhhhhhhh, I find that I am actually motivated to get things done.
