We also offer a number of Canada Post shipping options for our customers' convenience. Products will be delivered on business days only. We do not offer deliveries on the weekend or public holidays.
Please note that if you choose no insurance (Expedited) or no Signature Required, we will be unable to help you in the event that your package is lost, stolen, damaged and/or delivered to the undeliverable mail office.
Please note, during 420 orders may be delayed if placed between April 18-21st as we are preparing for the event & this years Easter Break.
All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CA$) and will be charged in Canadian Dollars at the checkout.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will include a tracking number. Coast to Coast provides real time shipping tracking with all orders, we will send you regular email updates as to where your order is and when it will arrive. You may also track your order in real time by visiting our Order Tracking Page.
You should allow between 2 to 14 business days for your purchase to arrive depending on your selected shipping method, once your product has been dispatched from Coast to Coast Medicinals. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 - 48 hours from when we accept your payment, unless you have a custom made order. Please note that these times are provided as a guide only and it could take longer during sale, peak or holiday periods. As we are utilising the services of a third party (Canada Post & Purolator) to deliver our products we have no control over delivery times and shipments can be subject to various delays that are outside of our control (such as carrier or shipping delays, weather, etc).

We have the option to purchase insurance at checkout. Insurance does not cover products from melting during transit. We can add ice packs and/or thermal packaging for an extra fee. Please contact us if you would like this option.
SHIPPING TO NUNAVUT AND NORTHERN QUEBEC
Due to the higher chance of postal thefts when shipping to Northern Quebec and Nunavut. We cannot offer any delivery guarantees to these areas and you will be ordering at your own risk. If your order is stolen or lost, we reserve the right not to replace it. We recommend you select a delivery option that requires a signature as add protection for your order.
